10. Minimum Order Value
To maintain operational efficiency and uphold the quality standards associated with our custom engraving services, a minimum order value of $50 per transaction is required. Orders that do not meet this minimum value will not be accepted or processed. Due to the material preparation, production setup, and customization processes inherent to engraved products, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, refuse, or cancel any order that fails to satisfy this minimum threshold. The minimum order amount applies prior to the calculation of taxes, shipping, discounts, or any additional charges.

We’re always happy to help you get what you need - we take pride in our handmade work! Engraving takes time, materials, and patience, so please know that keeping our job sizes above this threshold helps us continue offering reliable, high-quality services. We appreciate your understanding and support.
